Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plugbook application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plugbook is a mobile app for recording electric-vehicle charging sessions. It includes:

• Manual entry of charges, vehicles, and home-charging costs
• Receipt and screenshot scanning that pre-fills a charge using an AI model
• Nearby station and location suggestions
• Consumption and cost insights, and CSV export
• Cloud backup and sync across your devices

3. Accounts

An anonymous account is created automatically. You may link it to Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to that Apple or Google account; we cannot recover data for an anonymous account whose device has been erased.

4. Subscriptions (Plugbook Pro)

Receipt scanning includes a limited number of free scans each month; unlimited scanning requires a paid auto-renewable subscription, "Plugbook Pro". When you subscribe:

• Payment is charged to your app store account (Apple ID or Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through under its refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• Pro scanning is subject to a fair-use ceiling shown in the app.

5. AI features

Values extracted from receipts are produced by a third-party AI model and may be wrong or incomplete. Always check the pre-filled numbers before saving. Plugbook is a record-keeping tool; it is not tax, accounting, or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Do not interfere with the Service or its servers, or circumvent scan quotas.
• Do not upload images that are not yours to share or that contain other people's personal data.

7. Your content

You own the charges, notes, and images you add. You grant us a licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service. Station names and coordinates that the app reports to the shared station cache contain no personal data.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and also governs your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tiny Moments Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party names such as charging networks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that extracted values will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Moments Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, if any.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate server-backed features if these Terms are breached or for security or operational reasons.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
