1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tiny Speller application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tiny Speller is a mobile application that helps young children (ages 3 to 7) practise spelling. The Service includes features such as:

• Customisable word sets with pictures
• Spelling games with multiple difficulty modes
• A "Swipe & Learn" flashcard mode
• Friendly text-to-speech that reads each word aloud
• Optional AI-powered image generation and word-set generation (Pro feature)
• A parent zone behind a parental gate for managing word sets and settings

3. No accounts required

Tiny Speller does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use it. The free features work entirely on your device.

4. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility

The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using or allowing your child to use the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the parent or guardian of the child using the App. You are responsible for your child's use of the App, including any in-app purchases.

5. Subscriptions (Tiny Speller Pro)

Some features (such as AI image generation and AI word-set generation) require a paid subscription, "Tiny Speller Pro". When you subscribe:

• Payment is charged to the app store account you used to install the App (for example, your Apple ID or Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown at purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Auto-renewal can be turned off and subscriptions managed in your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through, in accordance with that store's refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
• Pro features may be subject to monthly fair-use quotas. Current quotas are shown in the app.

6. AI Features

When you use AI image generation or AI word-set generation:

• Output is generated by a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) and is provided for educational, age-appropriate use.
• While we calibrate prompts to encourage child-friendly output, AI services can occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before showing it to your child.
• AI-generated images are cached on our servers (keyed by word) so the same word may return a previously-generated image to keep the App fast and inexpensive.
• You may not use AI features to attempt to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. We may rate-limit, block, or remove AI access for misuse.
• Your data is used to power these features in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App or the servers that support it.
• Submit prompts intended to generate harmful, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

8. Your Content

Word sets you create and photos you choose for custom word images stay on your device. We do not access or store this content on our servers. You are responsible for any photos you choose to import, including ensuring you have the right to use them.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tiny Moments Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate in every case.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Moments Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, if any.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to AI features and other server-backed features if these Terms are breached or for security or operational reasons.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
